Holston Soccer Program Amazing Turnaround with a District Championship

On May 14th, the Holston Cavaliers and the Rural Retreat Warriors matched up in a Hogoheegee District soccer game. The Cavaliers came out on top with a 5-0 victory confirming their undefeated record of 6-0 in the Hogoheegee District. The scorers for the Cavaliers were Levi Parks, Benni Wuerz, Owen Rouse and Ethan Forester. In the Cavaliers last season they went 1-3 and 1-11-1 for their season record. In this 2025-2026 season they have gone 8-6-1 regular season and 6-0 in the district, which is an amazing turn around! Congratulations Coach Steven Ahn, Assistant Coaches Hunter Faust, Jacob Guerrero, Eric Carrigan and the Holston Cavaliers Soccer program. The Cavaliers will face Rural Retreat again this Friday in a region matchup at the Emory and Henry Food City Sports Complex.
