Abingdon Varsity Girl's Soccer Victory over Gate City Varsity Girls in Mountain 7 District Girl's Championship

On Thursday night the Abingdon Falcons Girls Soccer program won another District Championship in a matchup against Gate City in a 2-0 victory. The Lady Falcons were brought to victory by scorers Senior Elizabeth Nichols and Senior Annsley Trivette. Elizabeth and Annsley were assisted by Senior Emma Hamilton and Freshman Amelia Holbrook. With this victory the Abingdon Lady Falcons go on to a region matchup against the Carrol County Lady Cavaliers. The Falcons finish the Regular Season with a record of 16-3 and an undefeated record in the Mountain 7 of 13-0. Congratulations to Coach Jordan Blackson and the Abingdon Girls Soccer program.
